Should they still be using the Houston and Reilly roads?

I know of two people forced into the side of the road and one car being scratched because of Malcolm's lorries driving at speed around bends in the road with no consideration for other road users.

The road surface is visibly deteriorating with potholes getting larger almost by the day, it's not hard to figure out what's causing it.
